Landing fee waived with a purchase of 75L avgas.
Fuel is a very straightfoward self-service system which takes the usual credit cards. However it only dispenses a max of £135 worth of fuel despite being able to pre-authorise a higher value, and at today's prices, this will require two or more transactions for most aircraft. Parking free for 2 hours, then £10 per 24 hours.
If arriving from the south, beware of the pinch point between Sherburn and Burn/Selby glider club. The glider club just south of Selby is active with winch launches including on weekdays, so avoid overflying or getting too close to the departure end and cirucit.
I can't comment on transport options as we were at the airport to meet with Cambrai Covers for aircraft measuring.
