Used SaxonAir as recommended by Peter. Landing and handling combined was £43.20, but I don't know how this was broken down; parking was £1.80 per hour. They also booked a taxi to Castle Meadows in the city centre (£8.50 each way). I had brought my folding bike but the route didn’t look very bicycle-friendly. Norwich is a cathedral city with distinctive Norman castle and semi-permanent market in the main square, and worth a visit.
