Air Total automat, usable with private card or airport can provide card and then add fuel to invoice.
Airport fees invoice to be sent via post/email(?) .... not yet received after 2 weeks. Needed to provide personal details for invoicing and payment not accepted on-site.Small GA parking on apron immediately in from of C-office building (not main terminal where jets and any commercial flights park).
Large airport with practically zero traffic. Tower only when commercial flight (one per day?), otherwise competent AFIS in English.
Infrastructure reminiscent of another period ..... 50's or older... Vichy city centre also very similar architecture but better maintained.
One fellow (not AFIS) met us and bent over backward to offer tea, coffee, water, soft drinks, etc (no restaurant). Also ordered mini-van taxis for transport to Vichy (group of 11 people).
