Taxi cost indicated is 2-way incl VAT. Airport now has an agreement from taxi firms to run taxi to/from airport using airport personnel and own electric vehicle for €25/HRK150+VAT to Mali Losinj. This was provided by the same fellow who marshalled us on the ramp. Arranged at drop-off for pickup 2 days later. Absolutely phenomenal and personal service.
Didn't check the other reports so maybe redundant, but FYI the bridge on the road to Mali Losinj opens twice a day for up to 45min to allow water traffic through, at 09:00 and 18:00. To be considered when planning for departure.

Perhaps @Emir knows what the second is. Sounds like perhaps an ATC fee for international traffic?
