Parking is cheaper than specified in AENA price list. Handling is not mandatory as described in AIP but it's really long walk from GA apron to GA terminal. If you're able to contract transport only (as AENA mandates handlers to offer) without be charged for additional non-delivered services, this €20 is well invested money. However, I took a walk because I wasn't aware of distance (600 m).
