Handling is mandatory but Iberia is obliged by AENA to offer you transport only for crew for 10€ each direction. However, they will try to trick you and charge additional (usually non delivered) service like accompanying to AENA office. I was charged additional 70€ for rescheduling flight for earlier date although I did it 48 hours prior to the flight.
