Very quiet, only a DH62 and a couple of twin turboprops in two hours. No food or drink as far as I could tell. The based aéroclub (really a school) were friendly and efficient, and ATC equally good. PPR before arrival and booking out on departure, both by phone. TWR requested 'standard noise abatement' on departure which means not overflying Cambridge city below 2000'. Restrictive opening hours of 1000-1800 local, and airside access needs a gate code or someone to let you in.
Visiting for work so didn't visit Cambridge itself, famous for the university (nearby but too far to walk); will definitely come again with the family.
