Big GA airport (parallel runways) serving the northern Phoenix area with numerous flight schools. Expect departure delays. The FBO (Cutter Aviation) waives ramp fee for an uplift of min. 10 gls. Crew car available.There is cheaper fuel on other side of airport w self service only and no facilities. Expect lots of vectoring on IFR approach due to Luke Air Base proximity.
