The airport building has been renovated and now houses a cafe. No idea however when that opens.
I used English on the frequency, but every other a/c used French. Normally it is not busy. The office opened just before the departure time. For a low landing fee you get warm welcome. The lady offer coffee and water.
When the office is open you could buy fuel but otherwise no self- service.
Closing the flight plan using that number on the noticeboard is a nightmare. FIS(??) called me and closed the flight plan.
