Katowice is a big regional airport close to Krakau. Very well functioning, handling is mandatory. I used Welcome Executive, three day visit with all fees was around 455 Zl / 105 eur (VAT 0). I can recommend them, they worked well and I think with sensible pricing too. Krakau is much more expensive and not that far away... so consider EPKT if you visit the area. All in all a working airport, no hassles, enjoyable experience.
Taxi is 20-30 eur to city roughly (used Bolt)
