There is a flex'hop bus stop 250m from the exit of the GA apron called "Entzheim Caravelle". This is an unscheduled service that comes on prior appointment. One can try one's luck as little as 5 min in advance of the desired time (or as much as 15 days in advance), but when I tried (admittedly Christmas market time, maybe an exceptionally busy time) there was no availability earlier than 90 min after the call time.That on-demand bus can be used to go to some predetermined stops of scheduled public transport to connect to it; of interest for going to Strasbourg City Centre:
Poteries (tram D)
Lingolsheim Alouettes (tram B and line L1)
Baggersee (tram A)

There is also a train station at the airport with a train that goes to Strasbourg Central station, but that is next to the commercial passenger terminal, 1.4 km away.
On that Sunday there was nobody available to pay the landing tax; a small poster kindly asks to call/email a number to give one's contact details so that the bill can be sent. Bill takes about 10 days to arrive, to be paid by bank transfer or cheque. 2024 price list announces new price of 46.26 EUR (inclusive of 20% VAT).
