A lot of hard work and planning went into this trip. We arrange to meet a group of people in Ibiza whom all flew airlines, but we went in style.
The airfield currently has a strange NOTAM for Industrial Action and that PPR is required. Managed to arrange slots using the SCR/GCR format to AEFCA, and after a few phone calls to get a response - I got the IFR slots 15 days in advanced.
Arranged with Iberia to provide Servicio De Accompaniento - they requested payment via IBAN and although despite a few communication issues, they eventually turned up and picked us up.
Rang SCLA (JetA1) in advanced and whoever was on duty did not speak English. But managed to ascertain that cones were required to be refuelled. On arrival to LEIB, the follow me guy arranged to call SCLA for me, but whoever was on duty this time spoke good English and told me I was number 3 in the queue - they was big private jets so this took about 1 hour or so.
Iberia dropped us off at the baggage drop and we walked straight into Ibiza with no customs/passport checks which is concerning. They gave us the form for the return which I have got a copy.
On our way back, it did take us a bit of time to find Security H, but this is located down the side of the check in desks next to the AENA information kiosk (entry is via here) at the end of the 72 check in desks. The form is your pass through and the Security will check this form. I called Iberia when we entered and they turned up within 5 minutes or so to take us back to the aircraft.
