Recommended. "Big" (lots of concrete!), but lively and friendly, with plenty of parking space, also on hard apron. They have reasonable security arrangements and for small aircraft handling is not mandatory. Payment for 100LL is possible with regular credit/debit card, but tower needs to call staff for you (budget extra time!).
Note that it is somewhat difficult to understand their invoicing scheme. Our data point: we stayed for five days total and paid altogether 76,32 EUR which included "long stay package" plus "additional day".
Transport wise: we got to Lyon-Exupery via Uber (dead easy) and rented a car there from one of the big franchises. Probably could be arranged better.
