As previously described, all arrivals and departures need to be registered via https://flights.antwerpairport.aero/pilots_registration and you get a bill via email the same day. Landing fee is split up into a landing and takeoff fee. Rather easy to get from the airport into town via the bus to Berchem Station and then via tram.
