Lampedusa does not have mandatory PPR but they ask prior notification would be given. So we did. All handled nicely via email. All in all, bit bit "italian" way of doing things so do not expect swift service, things can take a bit time. Also english in not too widely spoken in the island, but we managed to get all done with a bit of effort. Also be prepared to fill various forms with the same information you probably have sent to the handling company already :)
There seems to be no spesific parking fee, except "break of services" which was about 10 eur. Handling was 35 eur but that will be paid upon landing and departure. So total was 120 eur for three day visit (VAT 0).
Also check the NOTAMs especially in the morning - AD is CLOSED in the morning. They are a bit flexible with it but there seems to be some ship movements that close the AD, due to the harbour being very close to the runway. So if you plan to depart in the morning check if it is possible at all.
