Avoid the airspace to the northwest - there was a DGAC guy getting the details of a visiting pilot that had accidentally busted that airspace. Listen to Strasbourg FIS to get information about the active MIL airspace in the area.
Total card required out of biz hours, during biz hours, the tower can take normal CCs I'm told. Paid landing fee with Aerops app.
