Fuel to be paid in cash. Either EUR (exchange rate was ok) or in MAD. When paying in local currency you have to show the receipt from the currency exchange or ATM. Change is considered as tip, so have small notes at hand...
To get airside it will simplify things massively when wearing a pilot shirt with epaulets. Enter the building and head towards the departure area for domestic flights. Have a Gendec ready to show the officers. The "C"-office is in the tower building; the controllers also run this area. Nice and helpful people. As usual in Morocco file the flightplan on their paper-form.
