R/V ILS approach and landing. Food is either McDonald's or the hotel (both less than 5 min walk). No more coffee machine on-prem, apparently. Very convenient for London (train station nearby, 52 min to London Liverpool Street). ILS at both ends, very professional ATC. If you pre-order fuel, the bowser will be waiting for you when you stop. Very quick turnaround. Please follow the green pedestrian path! Southend are strict about that.
