Upon landing it seemed deserted but actually it has a number of one-storey buildings, like holiday homes and the manager came along, very friendly. As for fees, before leaving I left €50 under a stone for the coffee fund, all seemed happy with this. Taxi to Stockholm was expensive, as are all taxis in Stockholm (incl Uber).
