Mandatory handling but for small GA only transfer to exit is required and it's offered by Iberia for 21 EUR. Parking is 18 per day (VAT included), kind of expensive but still acceptable because of other low fees. Fuel is more expensive than in rest of Europe (10-15%) but that's usual for Spain. Rental car at the airport should be booked over internet because it's much cheaper that way.
