Great airport. Parking is half-price on grass, but tarmac has tie-down rings. Friendly staff. Parking position S7/S8 is closest to FBO, bus stop or Uber pickup.
No IFR approach, but it has a STAR and Omnidirectional Departure. I got cleared direct ALM at 2500ft, then straight in (VMC).
AIP: No customs according to AIP, however, upon my e-mail to the French customs I was informed to declare my flight to [email protected] (probably only when no goods to declare).
