To pay, one completes an identification form at the office, and the bill is sent later by post or email. Haven't gotten it yet, but from price list I expect 36 EUR landing fee and 18 EUR parking.
The taxi price difference makes LOWW not that much more expensive (but is coordinated, need slot).
Fuel self-service with credit or debit (Maestro) card. It stops every 120 EUR; one needs to insert the card again multiple times.
The radio people on the ground are really just A/G, not INFO. They will give you runway in use and QNH, but no information on known traffic in their RMZ. But they challenge you for traffic deviations done to avoid traffic :-|
There is an IFR cloudbreak procedure and a SID, but arrival (after the cloudbreak) and departure (until the start of IFR) is strictly under VFR. Read both the Austrocontrol briefing and the AIC completely and carefully, need special procedures (and carriage of the procedures aboard is mandatory). One gets departure clearance directly from Wien Radar from the ground before taxi or departure. The clearance is valid 10 min (time to arrive at the IFR start point, not time to takeoff)...
The access road from the highway to the west of the field is currently closed closed for works; one needs to exit one exit earlier (coming from Vienna/the North), at Baden, and take the local road parallel to the highway to arrive east of the field, pass the industrial area south of the field and arrive to the entrance.
