Taxi to Ostend railway station (€20-25) and then train to Bruges (€6).
Free parking for 6 hours, but I stayed for 7 so was charged.
Airport fees include a per passenger (4 PoB) departure charge of €15 (I think - but invoice was not itemised) plus security & admin fees.
Prices include VAT.
Paid-for handling not required for light aircraft (provided departure before 8 pm LT). Customs / immigration at NSAC HRS AD.
