Nice restaurant on the aeroclub side - parked in the grass for a couple of days, hard to drive in stakes for tiedowns due to lots of rocks under the grass - bring a good hammer! All comments from the Mooney pilot from 2020 are valid - good place, friendly people. They have mogas on the aeroclub (south) side, and avgas on the north side. Thankfully I can use mogas. The airport is closed on Monday - so best to call ahead. They were helpful and spoke fine English. BTW, Verona is a really nice city to visit.
