Fully rebuilt/redeveloped regional international airport, completed approx 2020, awaiting approval of instrument approaches to attract international airlines. Currently VFR only with straightforward information radio service rather than full ATC. Very friendly and efficient staff. Parked on main apron overnight, refuelled by bowser quickly on request, taxi into town arrived in about 10-15 minutes - 10 Euro into the main city. Well worth a visit, relatively low cost since not yet so easily accessible by tourists.
