Airport fees payment by cash only, in USD, ILS or EUR. They have no change, bring exact amount.
Fuel is complicated. The airport website says one can prearrange it with the fuel company (Paz Aviation), but calling them they ask to send an email, and then they don't answer. On the day, nobody knew who to call to get fuel. Luckily, the truck was servicing another aircraft, so I just walked to it and asked it to come to mine. Payment of fuel possible in cash (they do have change) in ILS only after approx 30-45 minutes of discussion (through translation app), phone to boss, etc. Prearranged fuel release was not recognised, until it was, after approx 30-45 minutes of phone calls between all parties.
Entry into Israel airspace is PPR.
