A lovely friendly airport on a lovely Greek island. The Handling cost above includes €46 in "custom charges" due to a departure abroad. The AIP says Customs and Immigration but actually it is merely a "port of entry" and the inbound and outbound flight must be to Schengen+EU country (e.g. Italy OK, Croatia not OK). Handler: [email protected] We rented a car from Panayotis which is a guy right at the airport. Very friendly and easy. Kithira has no buses so taxis or car rental are the only ways to get about.
