Fueling station has very long hoses, so the yellow line is correct. If you don't have a BP-Card, you can go up to the tower to get one from the airport, fuel your plane up with it and bring the receipt up again and pay with every credit-/debitcard.
If you ask, you can orbit over the big dune for sightseeing, min. 1000ft.
