Airfield deserted when we visited. Fuel and oil can be bought, but only in emergencies. Sometimes closed to visitors by notam, but apparently can be circumvented by contacting the club in advance. It's a nice walk through vineyards down into the town, but the return uphill is a bit steep. Mediaeval buildings, narrow streets, plenty of restaurants, and nice down by the river.
