Because I arrived on a weekend I was forced to use the "VIP Handling" facility, at a cost of Euro 175 plus 25% VAT. I assumed that I would then be able to exit again this way for free, but in fact they wanted ANOTHER Euro 175. This for a gloomy room with virtually no amenities and staffed by grumpy people. And, all the airport ramp staff came and went through it continuously to use the "VIP bathroom" (not). Crews for other private flights were being directed to this facility also, even thought we clearly all had the right to transit through the main terminal at no cost.
