I flew there in the evening and you have to send the handling agent an email to make sure they won’t be gone (not sure about the exact time they work, but after 19:00 LT they are not there). If the handlers aren’t there you are not allowed to go to the terminal.
Good service, nice pilot lounge with free coffee, drinks and biscuits connected to the main Weeze passenger terminal.
