Regional airport with lots of facilities. The old GA terminal is derelict and a new one is being built, due to open in September 2022. In the mean time, you are met on the apron by a car and taken to the main passenger terminal and escorted through to landside. It’s fairly efficient but I imagine the experience will be much better once the dedicated GA terminal opens. Lille is a lovely city to explore.
