The local aeroclub has an open door, seating area, toilets and vending machines.
No fee for usage whatsoever. You are kindly requested to fill in the movement register in the aeroclub house.
For IFR departures, call Orly Tower on +33149757076 from the ground. Under Paris TMA; expect significant detour to first climb outside of the TMA and enter it only after climb. It took me about 30 min extra flight time and 50 nmi; plan extra fuel accordingly.
No Jet fuel at that airport.
