Quick stop to pick up a passenger. There is no GA terminal, but you can contact one of the flying clubs for help with entry/exit without any formalities -- at least if you don't need immigration or customs. (If you do I don't know.) I parked at Sturup flying club, apron JB, about 10 minutes walk landside from the main terminal. Otherwise you will need to get the airport operator to take you to/from the aircraft which I expect will cost you.
The airport is a full international airport open H24 but not with heavy traffic and they are used to light GA. If you have a weekly/yearly season card, as I did, landing and parking is free of charge. Otherwise, the landing would have cost SEK 625 (including VAT). (These "cards" are issued by airport operator Swedavia and valid also for many Swedish airports not operated by Swedavia, refer to Swedavia's web page.)
Avoid the primary fuel provider -- they charge a large hookup fee! Instead contact (in advance) Sturup flying club for AVGAS 91/96UL or JET A-1 or South Sweden Flight Academy for 100LL. AIP-Sweden has contact details.
