Excellent ATC - proactively changed runway for us with light winds for straight in ILS arrival. No extra fee for instrument approach. Handling mandatory (used Consort) and involved minibus for 20 metre drive to gate. Very responsive to initial request by email but separately needed to call ATC to book in/out and charges requested were not initially as quoted. Comfortable and clean lounge with free tea/coffee etc as normal with most handling agents.
