Most recommended! The airport seemingly belongs to the town of Vastervik. It is very effectively run by local aviation enthusiasts.
PPR, but it was very easy to obtain.
When we landed, the place was completely deserted. However we were fully briefed in advance on where to park, how to use the self service pump and how to return airside.
No restaurant, but there is a nice clubhouse near the ramp for your online pre-flight briefing. The town is lovely, but probably the only way to get there is to use a taxi.
