You will need to use the handler to obtain overflight / landing permit and to coordinate with the airport authority. When you arrive you will be guided to park in front of the International Terminal where you will clear CIQ, and then have to return to the aircraft, start up again and park on the Royal Aero Sports Apron.
Movenpick Hotel in center of town is a great hotel.
This stop is getting more and more expensive and I will probably look at Egypt next time.
