COVID-19 restrictions. Because I only came to drop off a crew member (fellow pilot) living in Switzerland and immediately left again it was possible to land here (I left for the Netherlands). No problems experienced and friendly staff. IFR approach on runway 10 with circling to runway 28 (circling only north of the field).
