A nice destination which I have visited many times, including longer stays of a few days.
Popular with UK pilots for having the cheapest avgas anywhere near the UK.
I consider the grass parking borderline dangerous for a prop strike, due to the grass sloping down to the tarmac taxiway. So we pushed the plane off it by hand first until the prop was over the tarmac. I would not go there again unless I had a passenger able to help.
5/2020: the aeroclub has gone bust and handling is now done by Gama. On this trip, they quoted me £200! Worth checking before going there.
