Interesting airport. Main reason I have visited here several times is due to the instrument approaches. A very steep LOC to RW27 and an RNAV. A lot of times you'll have to circle to RW09. Very good for training. They realized this on 1 Jan 2020 and started charging dearly for low approaches. It's in the middle of the city, so there aren't really too many outs to the North and West in case of engine problems except for the river if you get that far. Runway is about 3,000ft long and there can be mechanical turbulence from the buildings.
Our based airport is quite close, so unfortunately I can't report on fuel service.
I've been to the tower, they are friendly and ready to collect your landing fee. There is a small commuter airline operating out of here, so there is a tiny terminal where I bought a sandwich and a pretzel. There is also a pilot gear shop here.
