Comments here https://airports.euroga.org/record.php?id=1210 still apply. However the airport has had a notam out for almost a year stating that you need to give 3 days PN to park there (unless based). This is crazy. I missed the notam and just flew there (having emailed them first thing in the morning with general details, as courtesy). Got a stroppy reply saying they will let me off but might not do so in the future. A stupid way to damage traffic; almost nobody will give 3 days PN.
