The airport has relatively little traffic and the tower is remotely manned from Tallinn and provides a FISO service (although you can't tell the difference). Very easy arrival with a few danger areas to keep track of. Airport and facilities all in very good condition. Ground staff refuelled us and we paid by card. The landing/parking fee was emailed some days later and settled by bank transfer. A security guard lets you in/out as required. Bolt taxis are very good, cheap and effective to get into the city, which is a university town and Estonia's second largest. The old observatory was one of Europe's most important centres of astronomy. Direct rail and frequent bus service to Tallinn. We found this a good stop and avoided the large handling fees of Tallinn airport.
