A real sense of history here. Whatever you do PPR as I forgot both times being as useless as I am. Definitely one to do if you have the slightest interest in military history. Great small hotel next to the old power station. About 100 quid for a double room. Make sure you book in the walking tour of the launch pads as this is the only way you get to see them. A fantastic place steeped in history.
