Used for a fuel stop and it was no hassle despite it being a big airport. Arrived and departed IFR in low visibility with rain. Great ATC service. We didn't even go inside, just got fuel and filed new flight plan to Alesund via phone and departed. No fees like all Avinor airports but you must purchase a pass in advance.
