the only reason for the 130 euros ''handling'' fee is because I arrived on a Sunday and the airport is closed then. I was informed prior but needed to be in Munich early on Monday morning. I thought it was worth it and ETSI is a great alternative to any of the other Munich airports. Car rental is on site.
