Beautiful day that gave a lot of people the same idea - we arrived just before 9am UTC, about 5 planes parked on the ramp but many on frequency, when we left there were easily 50. ATC was super friendly - this was my first flight to a controlled field since PPL (and only fourth ever grand total :-), and they were very relaxed yet specific and helpful in their communication. RWY 31 in use due to 10-15 kts wind from 300°. Parking free for the duration we stayed. Police wanted to see COVID-19 pass (and an ID as well, I flew in from Belgium but I suppose they need to see IDs in all cases when exiting the tarmac and all French airports have asked to see IDs when entering from Belgium since a few years now anyway). We rented two bikes to have lunch at the sea (12 euro each), easy short ride. With more time you can easily walk there as well. When we left the tower was still closed for lunch, used RTC in French on the air-to-air frequency. Very enjoyable experience
