Stopped here for fuel unexpectedly due to high headwinds. Was quite a pain in the neck. The field and service are more oriented to commercial aviation. The fuel pump kept showing an obscure error message for all of my credit and debit cards despite it having visa and every other logo on it. The fuel man, who was very busy doing nothing and very hard to find, said he could not help since he only runs the fuel truck. Lots of landing and ramp fees, needed to show a noise certificate to get a tiny discount, quite a pain and a lot of time to get all sorted. In the end a ton of hassle dealing with the paperwork and bureaucracy. On the upside, ATC was quite courteous, have done practice approaches there on a different occasion.
